New EYFS Starters 2020/21

Oh to be catapulted into space and look amongst the stars!

On Friday 22nd January, a mobile planetarium visited our school allowing the children a whistle-stop tour on the nature of our sun and stars, solar system bodies and phases of the moon. If this wasn’t mind blowing enough, we ended with a full northern star field being projected above our heads, which sadly owing to light pollution, many of us may not be able to experience in real life.


We would like to thank each and every parent who contributed to this experience, for our children entered the planetarium with curiosity and left with eyes full of wonder. And to think….. we’ve just even scratched the surface!
